The Kimono collection features Japanese wallpapers designed by Nicola Bogottal, Artistic Director at London Art. The works, named after kimono varieties and accessories, are all imbued with Japanese culture. They create a sense of space through figures with an Asian charm, often inspired by traditional screens. The motifs are initially painted or hand-drawn, ranging from the emblematic sakura to exotic birds. They are enhanced by striking colors, in a panoramic format with an immersive effect. The textured background also reproduces the warmth and elegance of textiles, alluding to ancient wall coverings in silk or linen.
