Gan Rugs is a Spanish brand specialising in textiles for interiors. Created in 1941 in Valencia by the designer Gandia Blasco, they are renowned for their rare manufacturing techniques applied to Gan Rugs cushions, curtains, rugs and poufs. The brand designs pure lines, mixing minimalism and a spirit of fun. The brand collaborates with various renowned designers such as Patricia Urquiola, Sandra Figuerola and Odos, from design to production, and is certified "GoodWeave", ensuring that Gan Rugs are not made by children.

Rugs and poufs by great designers Gan Rugs proposes scalable spaces for homes, designed around a rug available in different modules that offer the same textures and comfort. Combined, these Gan Rugs poufs and rugs allow you to create a multitude of configurations. The Mangas Space by Patricia Urquiola has its origin in a remarkable eponymous collection of rugs launched in 2010. Already familiar with great success, the Canevas Space range, designed by Charlotte Lancelot in felt and wool yarn, falls between a very personal interpretation of cross-stitch and references to pixels on high-quality rugs. Finally, the collection of Gan Rugs rugs released in 2013 is not to be outdone with remarkable models like Hidra, inspired by the world of dyers, created by José A. Gandía-Blasco, designer and current owner of this renowned family business worldwide.

GAN Rugs anchors its social and environmental responsibility approach in the valorization of manual craftsmanship, respect for materials, and concrete social impact. The brand places handwork at the heart of its production: most rugs are handmade in India using ancestral techniques. The brand values and preserves these traditional skills while combining them with contemporary design.

GAN uses high-quality natural fibers (cotton, jute, wool) as well as recycled fibers. The brand optimizes existing techniques, redisovers forgotten methods, and develops new approaches, contributing to more sustainable production.

Furthermore, the GAN Women Unit social initiative, created in 2010, is the central pillar of its social dimension. This program supports women artisans, offering them notably a fair wage, a structured work environment, the development of their technical skills, and the possibility to balance work and family obligations. Many renowned designers, such as Patricia Urquiola, have joined the project, all sharing a passion for handmade objects.
