Founded in 2011 in Florence, the cooperative Made in Sipario Onlus offers professional opportunies to disabled people. Led by the architect Leone Pecchioli and the scenographer Perla Gianni Falvo, the Slow Tile's project was built on two pillars. The training allows to learn, to model and to decorate terracotta according to a handcrafted method. Economic self-sufficiency imagines new product strategies, while thinking back processes, organizations and markets to promote equal opportunities. Through these creations with unique and refined lines, the ambition is to give the right value to craftsmanship while offering an opportunity for social reintegration.
