60 day right of return
At Etoffe.com, your satisfaction is our priority! You have 60 days to return your products from the date of purchase.
How to proceed?
Send us a return request from your account in the Orders and returns section: click on Make a return and follow the instructions.
As soon as your request is validated, you will receive an e-mail with the postal address and the terms of return. You then have 10 days to ship the package.
After checking the perfect condition of the returned products, your order will be refunded to you within 48 hours. Only the return shipping costs remain your responsibility.
Terms and conditions
- For rugs, we can organise the return at your request. From metropolitan France, Corse and Belgium we take care of the return shipping fees. At your request, we will sent our carrier UPS or DHL to collect the package during a half-day period of your choice.
- For tiles and heavy and bulky objects, we can organise return shipping upon request (although you are still required to cover the fees)
- The right of return applies on fabrics sold by the metre, provided they have not been cut or tailored.
- The right of return applies on wallpapers, provided the rolls have not been dented and are still in their original packaging.
- Bespoke products, in particular furniture upholstered in a fabric of your choice or bespoke rugs, are excluded from the right of return.
- The right of return applies to paint cans on the condition that they are absolutely new and in perfect condition for resale. They must not have any external trace of paint or trace of opening. We recommend that you use the original packaging to protect the cans during transport.
- Of course if one of our products presents a fault (including bespoke products) we will provide a replacement or the full refund of our charges, including shipping fees.
