The economic context and the energy crisis are having a direct impact on our editor and transport partners, leading us to increase our prices. Rest assured, we are doing our utmost to ensure that our prices are always fair and that we keep our commitments regarding the quality of our products and services. Your satisfaction is at the heart of our mission.

Product prices

At Etoffe.com, our mission is to give you access to exceptional interior design products for reinventing your home, worldwide. The brands and products we offer are carefully selected and are the result of close collaboration with prestigious editors.

The products' public prices are recommended by each of these partner editors; they may vary according to their origin and destination but also change with economic and geopolitical circumstances (shortage of raw materials, energy crisis etc). For this reason, the prices of the products placed in your Selection or in your cart may change.

Although we have no control over price variations, we will always offer you the best price available for your destination at the time you place your order. Therefore, to display the most accurate prices, we invite you to select the country of destination of your order in your navigation settings when you arrive on our site.

Professional rates

The prices displayed are public prices. Professional discounts are applied in the cart as a reduction on the total amount of the order, as long as the conditions of application are respected: the company information completed and the Taxe registration validated.

Shipping costs

We cover a significant part of the shipping costs. To find out the exact amount, add your products to the cart and use our shipping cost simulator.

Shipping cost of samples

Samples of fabrics, wallpapers and wall coverings are sent by post for a flat rate of €2.80 including VAT.

Tile samples are delivered by our Express carrier DHL. Delivery costs depend on the weight of the tiles as well as the country of delivery. You can get a shipping estimate in the cart by selecting your country of delivery.

Shipping cost of tiles

Tiles are heavy and fragile products, they require a specific handling service. For this reason, our shipping cost includes the preparation of your order, the handling fees as well as its deposit by the carrier. You can estimate the shipping cost in the cart by selecting your country of delivery.

Tax rules

The displayed prices are updated according to the tax rules that apply in the country of delivery, but do not include import fees; these remain at your charge at the time of delivery.

French overseas departments and territories

We offer tax-free shopping. As soon as your delivery address is specified, all our prices are displayed excluding VAT.

European Union 

Business customers can benefit from the intra-community tax exemption. All our prices are displayed exclusive of VAT as long as a valid intra-Community VAT number is entered in the account addresses.

Non-European Union countries

On request, orders over €500 including VAT can be shipped tax-free.

Customs duties, fees and import taxes

For overseas territories and countries outside the European Union, customs duties, fees or local import taxes may be required by the tax or customs authorities. Their payment remains at your charge in all cases.

Currencies

For your convenience, we offer prices in four currencies: Euros, US Dollars, Pounds Sterling and Swiss Francs. The exchange rates are updated every night to be as close as possible to the market.
