Worldwide delivery by express carrier

We provide worldwide delivery with a few exceptions. All our products are shipped under our responsibility, by express carrier (UPS, DHL, Fedex, etc), directly from our warehouse or from the warehouse of our partners. Shipping times and costs depend on your country of delivery and the weight of the products. For this reason, we advise you to choose the country directly in your browser settings.

Exceptions

Some brands or product types may not be available in certain countries. In this case, the information is indicated in your shopping cart and the order is automatically blocked. We also block all orders to countries under war or embargo.

Apart from these exceptions, we deliver our products safely to all countries in the world.

Samples delivery

Europe

Samples are dispatched by DPD and delivered separately from the other products in the catalogue. A tracking number is automatically sent to you so that you can monitor, modify or reschedule the delivery.
A flat rate of €4.90 (incl. VAT) applies to the delivery of fabrics, wallpapers and wall coverings. For tiles, the fixed delivery charge is €15 including VAT.
Samples are dispatched the day after you place your order, except at weekends and on public holidays.

DOM-TOM and countries outside the European Union

Samples are delivered separately from the other products in the catalogue. They are dispatched the day after your order, except at weekends and on public holidays.
Delivery is made by our express carrier DHL; a tracking number is automatically sent to you.
A fixed delivery charge of €15 including VAT applies.

Tiles delivery

Tiles are heavy and fragile products, they require a specific handling service. They are guaranteed during transport: in case of breakage, they are replaced free of charge or refunded.

You will be contacted by phone to agree on the date and time slot for delivery. The tiles are delivered on pallets at your contractor, to the front door of your apartment building or to the front gate of your house.

Etoffe.com delivers tiles to the following countries: France, Monaco, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Slovenia, Sweden, Portugal and United Kingdom. To be delivered to another country, please contact our customer service.
