The payment of duties, fees or local import taxes are not included in the product prices. You might be charged at the time of delivery.
Mainland France and Belgium
Free shipping from €150 . For any lower amount, a flat rate of €8 is applied, regardless of the number of shipped products.
All our products are shipped under our responsibility, directly from our warehouse or from the deposit of our editors. Delivery is provided by express carrier (UPS, DHL, Fedex, etc.).
For wallpapers, the samples are sent by letter within 2 to 15 working days.
You have 60 days to change your mind. You will only be liable for the return shipping fees. Custom-made products are excluded from this right.
For rugs
At your request, we organise the return and sent our UPS carrier to collect the package the half-day of your choice. In mainland France, Corsica, Belgium and Germany, the return is free of charge. In other countries, you are liable for the return shipping fees.
We pay special attention to the security of your payments and work with the best partners.
Payment by bank card in 3 installments with no additional fees is offered on orders of a value between €200 and €2,500 and on deliveries to mainland France, Corsica, the French overseas administrative departments and territories, Andorra, Monaco, Belgium and Luxembourg.
