Fabrics, wallpapers and wall coverings
Samples of fabrics, wallpapers and wall coverings are delivered separately from the other products in the catalogue and by post, free of charge. They are dispatched the day after your order, except on weekends and bank holidays.
You can choose the non-refundable express shipping option. Your samples will be shipped in priority and delivered within 24 to 48 hours in Europe (slightly longer outside Europe) by our DHL Express carrier. A tracking number is automatically sent to you.
Tile samples are also delivered separately from the other products in the catalogue. They are shipped the day after your order, except for weekends and bank holidays, and delivered by our DHL Express carrier. A tracking number is automatically sent to you.
You have 60 days to change your mind and send us a return request from your account. You will only be liable for the return shipping fees. Custom-made products are excluded from this right.
The return request is done from your account in the "Orders and returns" section: simply click on the "Make a return" button and follow the instructions.
