Payment by bank card in 3 installments with no additional fees is offered on orders of a value between €200 and €4,000 and on deliveries to mainland France, Corsica, the French overseas administrative departments and territories, Monaco and Belgium.

Mainland France and Belgium

Free shipping from €150 . For any lower amount, a flat rate of €8 is applied, regardless of the number of shipped products.

European Union

Free Shipping from 150€ to Germany and Austria. Other European Countrys: free shipping from €300. For any lower amount, a cost simulator is available in the cart.

French Overseas and other countries

The payment of duties, fees or local import taxes are not included in the product prices. You might be charged at the time of delivery.

All our products are shipped under our responsibility, directly from our warehouse or from the deposit of our editors. Delivery is provided by express carrier (UPS, DHL, Fedex, etc.).

You have 60 days to change your mind and send us a return request from your account. You will only be liable for the return shipping fees. Custom-made products are excluded from this right.

The return request is done from your account in the "Orders and returns" section: simply click on the "Make a return" button and follow the instructions.

In many countries, by paying with PayPal, you can easily get reimbursed for the return shipping costs. You just need to activate the PayPal Return Shipping on Us service into your PayPal account before ordering. Click here to learn more and activate the service.
