Extended right of return within 60 days
At Etoffe.com, your satisfaction is our priority!
During Covid-19 crisis, you have 60 days from the receipt of your package to change your mind if your purchase is not entirely suitable.
All you have to do is inform us of your decision by email.
- When we receive your order you will receive an email with the return address and instructions. You then have 10 days to re-dispatch the package.
- After checking that the returned goods are in perfect condition, your order will be refunded within 48 hours. You will only be liable for the return shipping fees.
- For carpets, we organise the return and take care of the return shipping fees. At your request, we will sent our carrier UPS to collect the package during a half-day period of your choice.
- For heavy and bulky objects, we can organise return shipping upon request (although you are still required to cover the fees)
- The right of return applies on fabrics sold by the metre, provided they have not been cut or tailored.
- The right of return applies on wallpapers, provided the rolls have not been dented and are still in their original packaging.
- Bespoke products, in particular furniture upholstered in a fabric of your choice or bespoke rugs, are excluded from the right of return.
- Of course if one of our products presents a fault (including bespoke products) we will provide a replacement or the full refund of our charges, including shipping fees.
