Mesa is a collection imagined by Schumacher centered around an organic and irregular language. The patterns seem sketched by hand, as if born from a free, spontaneous, and almost instinctive gesture. They play with blurred shapes, undulating curves, or continuous lines that evoke botanical elements or intuitive geometry. Linen, often blended with hemp, lends the fabrics a raw yet supple feel, animated by striated textures or hand-embroidered details. Each fabric cultivates a subtle tension between the momentum of the stroke and the structure, the lightness of the drawing and the tactile depth. An instinctive aesthetic, driven by the material itself.
