Founded in 1989 by Guy Verstraete, the Masureel publishing house was founded in Belgium. The main pillars of this brand are innovation, quality and creativity. Each wallcovering carries with it an artistic reflection and a manufacturing method using unique materials in perpetual evolution. To design the wallpapers, the designers are inspired by history, art and the world around them. Thus, the proposed patterns are varied, colorful and original. Between geometry, fauna and flora, the creations bring character and elegance to spaces.

Masureel, a historical heritage

In the 19th century, the Masureel family operated in the flax ruining industry to produce this natural fiber. It was at the beginning of the 20th century that the textile weaving factory took shape, allowing the family to become active in textiles and interior fabrics from 1937.

Founded in the 1980s, the Belgian brand originally focused on the world of textiles decided to dedicate in particular on textile printing and the creation of quality wall coverings.

From 2004, the publishing house chose to create its own brands of wall coverings. Thus are born, Khrôma, Guy Masureel and Zoom.

In addition to being a place of creation, their factory houses state-of-the-art machinery for the production of the highest quality wall coverings.
