Bonseki jacquard velvet celebrates ceramicist Henry Holland's love of Japanese culture. The pattern illustrates a miniature landscape of sand and stone, textured with curves reminiscent of the Zen garden at Ryōan-ji temple. Harlequin reproduces the movement of the lines with cut loops, forming a fluffy relief on a matt cotton base. The result has a seductive minimalist charm, enhanced by a subtle two-tone contrast.
