Ralph Lauren's Tristan Linen velvet is made entirely from thick linen and cotton fibres. The fabric has the characteristic horizontal ribbing of a thick weft yarn. The lines are blurred by fine upright hairs, which give a pleasant fluffy feel to the surface.
