Worldwide delivery by express carrier

We provide worldwide delivery with a few exceptions. All our products are shipped under our responsibility, by express carrier (UPS, DHL, Fedex, etc), directly from our warehouse or from the warehouse of our partners. Shipping times and costs depend on your country of delivery and the weight of the products. For this reason, we advise you to choose the country directly in your browser settings.

Exceptions

Some brands or product types may not be available in certain countries. In this case, the information is indicated in your shopping cart and the order is automatically blocked. We also block all orders to countries under war or embargo.

Apart from these exceptions, we deliver our products safely to all countries in the world.

Samples delivery

Samples are delivered separately from other products in the catalogue and are shipped the day after your order is placed, except on weekends and public holidays. You will automatically receive a tracking number so you can track, modify or reschedule your delivery.
A fixed rate of €4.90 including VAT applies for the delivery of fabrics, wallpapers and wall coverings. For tiles, the flat-rate delivery cost is €15 including VAT.

Delivery in Europe is provided by DPD.
For French overseas departments and territories and countries outside the European Union, delivery is provided by our express carrier DHL.

Tiles delivery

Tiles are heavy and fragile products, they require a specific handling service. They are guaranteed during transport: in case of breakage, they are replaced free of charge or refunded.

You will be contacted by phone to agree on the date and time slot for delivery. The tiles are delivered on pallets at your contractor, to the front door of your apartment building or to the front gate of your house.

Etoffe.com delivers tiles to the following countries: France, Monaco, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Slovenia, Sweden, Portugal and United Kingdom. To be delivered to another country, please contact our customer service.
