Designed by CMO Paris, Liège Tressé wallcovering is a fine marquetry of cork oak. The tree bark is flattened to form a roll, then cut into small squares arranged side by side. The pieces follow a regular rhythm, sometimes seeming to detach from the background to create the illusion of weaving. Walls gain in visual depth, as well as improved thermal and acoustic insulation.
