Merton Fabric Morris and Co

Merton was designed by John Henry Dearle in 1905. This Morris and co fabric is printed on a blend of linen, cotton and nylon. A panel of flowers is represented in an ogival repetition of patterns. Pomegranates, tulips, apples and acanthus leaves blend together in a mesmerizing stylized play.
