Toile de Jouy is the panoramic wallpaper version of the famous Offrande à l'Amour motif. The monochrome figures, dating from the 1780s, were originally printed on cotton. They illustrate country life in the 18th century and feature people, animals and trees. This rural scene, faithfully reproduced by Koziel, lends the walls the elegance of the aristocratic interiors of yesteryear.
