Sand, a mineral wallpaper by Sandberg, is inspired from the Zen garden of Ryoanji in Japan. Here, Swedish artist Sara Bergqvist illustrates the undulations of sand, raked to imitate the waves of the sea around mountains and islands. The movement of the monochrome curves on a light background enlivens the walls, while inviting meditative calm.
