Free shipping from €150 . For any lower amount, a flat rate of €8 is applied, regardless of the number of shipped products.

European Union

Free shipping from €300. For any lower amount, a cost simulator is available in the cart.

French Overseas and other countries

The payment of duties, fees or local import taxes are not included in the product prices. You might be charged at the time of delivery.

All our products are shipped under our responsibility, directly from our warehouse or from the deposit of our editors. Delivery is provided by express carrier (UPS, DHL, Fedex, etc.).

For wallpapers, the samples are sent by letter within 2 to 15 working days.

For tiles

Shipping fees are charged to the customer.

The tiles are delivered on pallets at your contractor, to the front door of your apartment building or to the front gate of your house.

You will be contacted by phone to agree on the date and time slot for delivery.

Etoffe.com delivers tiles to the following countries: France, Monaco, Belgium, Italy, Germany and Spain. To be delivered to another country, please contact our customer service.


You have 60 days to change your mind and send us a return request from your account. You will only be liable for the return shipping fees. Custom-made products are excluded from this right.

For rugs

At your request, we organise the return and sent our UPS carrier to collect the package the half-day of your choice. In mainland France, Corsica, Belgium and Germany, the return is free of charge. In other countries, you are liable for the return shipping fees.
