Baya Rug Serge Lesage

Serge Lesage has designed the Baya rug, a hand-tufted composition that depicts an abstract, almost hazy pattern. Its irregular circular shape projects a free, almost sculptural presence onto the floor. Made entirely of wool, the dense material reveals a subtle relief and a texture that comes alive under the eye. The diffuse lines and shifting impressions create a dynamic surface, where the pattern seems to emerge with restraint.
