The En Route fabric, designed by Dedar for the Contemporary Archives collection, belongs to the jacquard family. Its geometric design evokes the winding lines of a world map, woven in continuous thread on a satin background. The jacquard construction gives texture to the weft and emphasizes the wavy pattern along the entire length of the fabric. The cotton satin offers a soft, supple, and fluid feel.
