Collections Seoul by Day

Known for its twenty-five bridges spanning the vast Hangang River, the capital of South Korea is the starting point of this collection. These designs are inspired by the view one can have from the sky over Seoul, the graphic and natural patterns created by the river meandering through the city crossed by a multitude of bridges connecting the two banks and their inhabitants. This cartographic reference is reflected in the combination of materials and the variation in the thickness of the threads, the fragility of the lines of silk contrasting with the large geometric areas of wool.
