Nanimarquina collaborates with designers such as Jaime Hayon, Ilse Crawford, Ronan Bouroullec, Inga Sempre, Begüm Cana Özgür, and Ariadna Miquel, and has these rugs made by artisans from countries with unique expertise. Nanimarquina is a committed brand and has held Climate Label certification for 4 years.

Since its inception, Nanimarquina has been committed to a strong environmental and social approach, based on three key principles: ‘reuse, reduce, recycle’. The most recent step in Nanimarquina’s sustainability journey is the award of the Climate Label certification. In addition to establishing an annual reduction plan that enables them to continue auditing and reducing CO2 emissions year after year, the brand participates in an offsetting programme comprising two independent projects certified by the Gold Standard (a non-governmental initiative aimed at reducing emissions and other climate-related objectives). These initiatives, based in India—the country where Nanimarquina established its brand through craftsmanship—ensure that the company’s net emissions are zero.
