With the Eloge 2 panel, the publishing house Labo Léonard is revisiting the Japanese print. Playing with transparency and superimposing different colored layers, it draws primates perched on the branches of a tree. A figurative fragment borrowed from classical painting of hands is repeated like a motif throughout the visual, thus giving rhythm to the whole. The soft colors used bring a resolutely poetic touch to the living spaces.
