The Vent Frais panel presents a reproduction of a Japanese print from the archives of the Réunion des Musées Nationaux. Made by the illustrious Katsushika Hokusai, this engraving exhibited at the National Museum of Asian Arts - Guimet is taken from his series Thirty-six views of Mount Fuji. She draws the sacred mountain at the snow-capped summit in warm tones and surrounded by very graphic clouds. Below, the trees suggested by small dark touches bring rhythm to the whole.
