French designer Inga Sempé revisits the Persian rug and gives it a contemporary version. The design of this creation gives the impression of layers of overlapping colors. The main color blue, lets glimpse purplish then pinkish parts which bring to the rug a temporal dimension, recalling usury. Precise and controlled usury, which shows traces of time in perfectly ordered lines. The particular rendering of this rug is made with a Nepalese technique which brings a finish similar to pointillism.
