Capas Green Rug Nanimarquina

Created by German designer Mathias Hahn, Capas rug reveals the subtle color palette that makes up the shadows. Neither grey nor black, each shadow is drawn by a skillful superposition of colored threads woven on a rather loose structure. Warp and weft then operate a combination of hues spread over a geometric pattern, allowing to appreciate the raw appearance of the material. The mottled effect evokes the transparency of a ray of light when the denser hues illustrate the shadows.
