Cupid's Beau wallpaper is a new version of Etching & Roses, an old design by Sanderson. The figures illustrate a bouquet of forget-me-nots, camellias and varieties of roses taken from three antique Mulhouse engravings. Here, Giles Deacon sublimates the flowers with a broad palette and a ribbon bow, before tracing the twirling of foragers with the signature "G".
