Infinite worlds in panoramic view

Born in Paris in 1997, Jean Mallard was first and foremost a great admirer of Moebius comics and Miyazaki films. He developed a passion for drawing and entered the School of Decorative Arts in Paris in 2015.

His favorite mediums are gouache and watercolor which he has used for many years. His infinite worlds are inspired by popular Russian painters, Japanese prints and Douanier Rousseau. In 2019, he moved to Naples. His daily observations animate these latest colorful creations.
