Mercoeur Edition presents Marigny, a rug with a plant motif whose surface is structured in large squares. The design depicts a hazy clearing, crisscrossed by intertwined foliage and supple fronds. Organic layers suggest the depth of an undergrowth, between light shade and a botanical breath. Knotted in Nepal from nettle fibers, it reveals a dense material with an authentic character.
