Imagined by the Spanish designer Maria Mengual, the Modica rug features two-tone geometric figures on a plain background. These shapes of triangles and squares compose a large graphic pattern underlined with a clear or colored outline. Inspired by street cobblestones, the Spanish designer evokes the visual play that occurs when the lines between the slabs begin to fade due to wear, creating interesting new figures.This flat-woven kilim model in virgin wool offers a soft to the touch texture.
