Weaving expert and teacher at the prestigious Bauhaus school, Anni Albers has left a pioneering legacy in the world of textile design. With a perfect mastery of techniques, geometry and colors, her experiments have become artworks in their own right, now exhibited in the most beautiful international museums. This rug is the result of a design from 1926 for a wall hanging project. Tufted in pure handspun wool, this exceptional rug is produced by Christopher Farr in collaboration with Josef and Anni Albers Foundation.
