Created by German designer Mathias Hahn, Capas rug highlights the palette composing the shadows colors. The development of a new type of kilim weave on a rather loose structure reveals a superposition of colors and raw texture. No black nor grey, each shadow is drawn by this skillful superposition of colored threads. Chain and weft mix their hues to create new ones, divided in a geometric assembly that also illustrates the transparency of light and the formation of the shadow.
