Lorenzo Castillo drew his inspiration from Toile de Jouy for Tana, a cotton and linen fabric edited by Gaston Y Daniela. The design depicts a lady riding an elephant, accompanied by a mahout and a conquistador. This 15th-century scene, set in the heart of a palm grove, is told through vertical decorative bands. They are reminiscent of the first silver-based photographic films, giving a retro feel to their exotic charm.
