Artichoke Velvet Morris and Co

Artichoke velvet is inspired by a wallpaper of the same name, created by John Henry Dearle for Morris & Co in 1898. The textile features vertical rows of artichoke flowers, deeply printed on the double cotton weave. The figures are seductive in their sharpness, while their muted nuances add refinement to the spaces.
