Floreana Fabric Hodsoll Mc Kenzie
Floreana is named after an island in the southern Galapagos archipelago. This small piece of land was the scene of a grotesque sex and crime case in 1934. German school dropouts had decided to live there naked in corrugated iron huts. Hodsoll McKenzie decided to use this story as inspiration for the design of this linen upholstery fabric. It features graphic foliage reminiscent of tropical plants. The zigzags are reminiscent of the dwellings of the first inhabitants of this island territory.
