You have 60 days from the receipt of the wallpaper to change your mind, even on fabrics.
All you have to do is inform us by email.
Once your request has been registered, you have 10 days to return your package to us.
Once we have verified the perfect condition of the returned goods, your order will be refunded in full. All you are liable for are the return shipping fees, except in the case of the turn of rugs, for which we cover return shipping by UPS.
For furniture, we can organise return shipping upon request (although you are still required to cover the fees)
Bespoke products, in particular furniture upholstered in a fabric of your choice or made-to-measure carpets, are excluded from the right of return.
Of course if one of our products presents a fault (including bespoke products) we will provide a replacement or the full refund of our charges, including shipping fees.
