Delivery

All of our fabrics, wallpapers and other products are shipped under our responsibility, directly from the warehouses of our publisher partners. Delivery is provided by express courier (UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc.). If you are not in, the driver will leave a note in your letterbox informing you when delivery will be re-attempted or offering you the chance to schedule a new delivery yourself. Do not forget to contact the courier as soon as possible to avoid the package being returned to the shipping company. In any case, our customer service can be contacted by email or by telephone up until the point when you have received your order in full.

Mainland France and Belgium

Delivery is free of charge on orders over €150 incl. tax, for all deliveries within mainland France. For orders of a lower value, a fixed fee of €8 incl. tax is applied, regardless of how many products are to be shipped.

European Union

Delivery is free of charge on orders over €300 incl. tax,
We deliver to all countries within the European Union.

Professional customers can benefit from intra-community tax exemption. All our prices are displayed free of tax as soon as a valid VAT ID is entered in the postal address in the customer account.

French overseas administrative departments and territories and abroad

We deliver all over the world*! We cover a significant portion of the cost of transport, thus allowing you to benefit from particularly low shipping costs! To calculate the amount of the shipping fees, add your products to the basket and simulate an order, stating your delivery address. The exact amount of the shipping fees will be displayed. You are then free to confirm the order.

Duties, fees and import taxes

For the French overseas administrative departments and territories and for countries outside of the European Union, the payment of duties, fees or local import taxes may be requested by the tax or customs authorities. In any case the purchaser is liable for their payment.

Delivery times

Each product page features an estimated time for delivery to mainland France**.

Add:

  • 2 additional days for other European countries
  • 7 additional days for the French overseas administrative departments and territories and the rest of the world.

You should also allow additional time for locations far from the capital cities.

Packaging

Our packages are protected by oversized packaging that has been adapted for textile products. Depending on the length and the quality, fabrics are delivered folded flat or on a roll.

Handover of packages

For security reasons, our packages are only handed over against the recipient's signature. If you are not in, the driver will leave a note in your letterbox informing you when delivery will be re-attempted or offering you the chance to schedule a new delivery yourself. Do not forget to contact the courier as soon as possible to avoid the package being returned to the shipping company. Urgent delivery

In order to provide you with the best possible service, we can also sent you a quotation to best meet your needs while limiting the additional cost of urgent shipping. We work with the majority of major specialist express shipping companies in France and internationally (Chronopost, DHL, Fedex, UPS...).

*With the exception of embargoes and excluding products by Arte, NLXL, Hookedonwalls, Flamant and Parsua rugs, for which delivery is possible within France only.

**The times stated on the product pages are intended only as a guide and we well do our best to adhere to them. If, however, we should become aware of the risk of delay, we will inform you by email or telephone.
